The Founding Dealer Offer

This is the Founding Dealer Offer — an addition to our regular Terms of Service, not a replacement for them. Everything in the general Terms (your account, your data, acceptable use, AI features, governing law) still applies to you.

If something on this page ever conflicts with the general Terms about the founding offer specifically — the price, the migration, the referral credit — this page controls for that point. For everything else, the general Terms control.

The founding offer is for dealers who sign up on the founding plan during the founding window — the limited early cohort we’re onboarding personally. You need to be running a legitimate watch (or, with the add-on, jewelry) business and be at least 18.

If you’re not on the founding plan, our standard plans and pricing apply instead of this offer. Nothing here changes what a non-founding customer pays or gets.

What you pay: $79/month for the full Pro toolset — unlimited buyers & inventory, the consignor portal, and every Pro feature. Pro is normally $349/month.

What “locked for life” means: your $79 monthly rate will not go up for as long as your subscription stays active and paid without a lapse — even as we keep adding features. It is a price lock on your subscription, not a promise that the product, or the company, lasts forever.

If you cancel or lapse: the lock is tied to a continuous subscription. If you cancel, or payment lapses and the account closes, and you later come back, we can’t guarantee the founding rate is still available — you may be re-subscribed at whatever pricing is current then.

Not included in the lock: applicable sales tax is charged on top where required. Optional add-ons (like the Jewelry add-on at +$29/month) and any one-time services are billed separately and aren’t part of the locked $79.

As a founding dealer we’ll load the business data you send us — inventory, buyers, and deal history — into your account for you, on a reasonable-effort basis, at no charge. It’s normally a paid package, and it runs on a clear timeline so we both know what to expect.

You have 3 business days to send us your data. The clock starts once you’ve signed up, paid, and are inside WristBook. Upload everything you want migrated within those 3 business days. If we don’t have your data by then, your account automatically moves to the self-serve import — the done-for-you migration is only held open for that first window.

We have 3 business days to build it. Once you’ve submitted your data, our team has 3 business days to run the migration and hand you back the first version to review.

Revisions. After you see that first version you can come back to us with changes. As a rule of thumb that’s up to two rounds of revisions after the first version. Because that back-and-forth takes time, the migration can run past the initial 3 business days — we’ll keep working with you for up to an additional 2 business days to get it right. Anything still outstanding after that is yours to adjust in the app.

A migration is only as complete and accurate as the file you give us. It moves your records; it doesn’t audit them. We don’t verify the authenticity of any piece, the values you recorded, or whether your source data was correct in the first place.

Please review it. When you get that first version back, look it over before you rely on it to run your business. You’re responsible for catching anything that didn’t come across the way you expected, and we’ll fix it within the revision window above.

Founding dealers get a live 1:1 onboarding session, scheduled around your availability, to get you and your team running on WristBook.

It’s training on how to use the software. It is not legal, tax, accounting, authentication, or appraisal advice, and it isn’t a promise of any particular business result.

Your account carries a Founding Dealer badge and a seat in the Founding Dealers Forum, including the Trading Floor — the private dealer-to-dealer marketplace.

On dealer-to-dealer trades: anything you buy, sell, or trade with another dealer on the Trading Floor is directly between the two of you. WristBook is not a party to that transaction, and is not a broker, escrow agent, authenticator, or guarantor of it. Do your own diligence and trade at your own risk — the same as you would anywhere else in the trade.

Forum access follows the acceptable-use rules in the general Terms. We can remove content or access for abuse, and we may change how the forum and Trading Floor work as they develop.

For every dealer you refer who becomes — and stays — a paying subscriber, you get $10/month off your bill, applied as account credit. It stacks: refer enough active dealers and your credit can bring your monthly bill all the way to $0.

The credit has no cash value and isn’t paid out — it only reduces your WristBook bill, and never below $0. A given $10 credit applies while the dealer you referred is an active paying subscriber, and stops if they cancel.

No credit for referring yourself, duplicate or fake accounts, or anything we reasonably determine is gaming the program. We may adjust, pause, or end the referral program going forward; we’ll honor credits already earned on referrals that are still active.

The founding cohort is deliberately small — we’re aiming for around 50 dealers, and we may adjust that exact number as we go. It’s the group we’re building the product around, not a permanent pricing tier.

When the founding window closes, this offer is withdrawn for new dealers. If you’re already a founding dealer, the terms you locked in — including your price — are honored on the continuous-subscription basis described above.

We may update this page the same way we update the general Terms: for material changes we’ll email founding dealers before they take effect, and you can cancel before they do if you don’t agree.

WristBook is software for running your business. Nothing in the product, the migration, or the onboarding is legal, tax, accounting, authentication, or valuation advice.

You’re responsible for your own compliance, your taxes, and the accuracy of what you record in WristBook and disclose to your own customers. Figures the software calculates or AI suggests are there to help you work faster — verify anything that carries legal or financial weight before you rely on it.

WristBook is provided as-is and as-available. The founding offer doesn’t expand our obligations or our liability beyond what’s in the general Terms — it just changes your price and adds the perks above.

As set out in the Terms of Service, our total liability for any claim relating to WristBook is capped at what you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we’re not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages — including lost profits, lost data beyond what reasonable backups cover, or business interruption. Where the law doesn’t allow those limits in full, they apply to the maximum extent it does.

The founding plan is month-to-month — no contract, cancel anytime by emailing support@wristbook.io or (once shipped) through the in-app billing portal.

When you cancel you keep access through the end of your current billing period. We don’t pro-rate or refund partial months. The one thing cancelling gives up is the founding price lock, as described above.
