Pick a tier at signup.
Choose Quick Import, Done-For-You, or Full Migration on the signup form. Paid up front at checkout, on the same invoice as your first month of subscription. Quick Import is free with any paid plan.

Drag and drop your files into the migration portal.
Once you're signed in, head to Migration in the sidebar. Drop spreadsheets, PDFs, photos of a handwritten ledger, screenshots, bank statements — whatever you have. Up to 100 files, 100 MB each, any format. Add a quick note about anything we should know, then hit Submit.

Our team gets to work.
We pull every piece, buyer, and deal out of whatever you sent, clean up references against the verified catalog, and match photos to pieces. Anything that looks off gets a second pass before it lands in your account. You'll see live status updates in the portal the whole way through.

Go live + training call.
The portal flips to a green “Migration complete” banner the moment your data lands in inventory, buyers, and deals. Done-For-You and Full Migration include a training call so you and your team are productive on day one. If we need a clarification along the way, we'll ping you in the portal — you drop the answer in the same upload box.
